Greetings from IPTE!

Enclosed here, on behaft of IPTE, I would like to introduce IPTE (Institute of Planning and Transportation Engineering – VIETNAM). The institute has been covering services for carrying out  research projects, professional training courses, technology transferring projects, providing consultancy and design services in the following fields: urban planning; urban transportation planning and management; public transportation; road infrastructure planning, design, operation, and management; highway and traffic engineering; intelligent transportation systems (ITS); traffic safety; social and environmental impact assessment (EIA);  etc.

Since IPTE inherits a number of Professors, Doctors graduated from advanced countries (such as Japan, USA, Canada, France, Germany, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, ...), its most interests is working with INTERNATIONAL/PROFESSIONAL agencies for providing consultancy services for projects in Vietnam and other countries. Our members have contributed as researchers/consultants/specialists along with international organizations at various stages of infrastructure projects funded by Vietnamese gov. and other international development agencies such as WB, ADB, JBIC, JICA, and DFID. These projects have been applied AASHTO, ASTM, Asphalt Institute, Austroad, BS (UK), Road Note (TRL), JS (Japan), and Vietnamese standards in design approaches and construction techniques.
